Well the wife and I spent 5 days on the beach at Palm Beach Shores this past week, then we moved up to Orlando to attend a wedding of one of the wife's co-workers.
Also in the Orlando area (actually up in the Lake Weir area...Marion County), we started the process to have a custom house built. Our new house will be a 4 bedroom rancher with Lania, three car garage, workshop/"Man Cave" off of the garage, screened in pool, and a RV garage (54'x18'). The actual house will be just over 2600 sq ft, while the total garage space will be about 2400 sq ft.
We should be getting the first set of drawings for redlines within the next two weeks.
We'll have this monstrosity setting on just over a half acre wooded lot, and are looking at turnkey in the JAN/FEB time frame.
As our RETIREMENT plan moves forward, we should be FL residents by this time next year. I guess we'll be getting involved with the SSM clan also by then.
