I remember how much oversteer you got on the street from little 6" ladder bars - I can't imagine what those 30's drive like. I don't see how they can possibly pass a highway safety inspection.

On another note, it gives you a way better idea about what some of those colors would actually look like. I've often thought that they should have offered the Marauder in white, but after seeing it, meh. I did like the dark grey tho.

I think whats sad is the fact people have money to blow on these types of customization & I'm just trying to squirrel away money for the simple mods for my marauder (suspension, brakes, etc)

if I had the same amount money to spend it would be for a supercharger not gigantic chrome wheels

The price of some of these rims are nothing comepared to a supercharger... I can get some brands 24inch rims and tires around $3k.. What supercharger are u getting for 3k?.. It might be hard to believe that everyone who is in a car doesn't want to go fast. A grand marquis is not a performace sedan... i dont understand why someone would put a supercharger on one. the only reason i think of performance mods is because i have a Marauder.. if i had a basic ass Marquis i probably would be thinking rims.... Forgiatos and Asanti's... not Eatons and Trilogy's. Ive met some ppl who thinks it dumb as hell to drop 1500 on a brake kit, 2000 on exhaust... or 5k on a supercharger.
If u a real car guy u respect the next car guy, thats the bottom line. u might not like it... but just respect his love for his car. I'm sorry

NIB trilogy was what? 6 or 7k? brand new whipple supercharger is at least 4k.

my argument wasn't necessarily tied to the wheels. customized paint jobs are in a while other ballpark.

Almost all the Marauders in this video were done nicely. I love when the wheels are in the wheel wells, and not sticking out of the body. Those candy red Marauders are hawwttt.

I agree that they can spend money on their cars how they want. Adding "performance" mods to a crown vic or grand marquis is a waste of money pretty much as newer cars with way less cylinders are faster. I can see making a beast out of a Marauder since it is special edition and frickin cool. But even then, once you have had a crotch rocket, everything else seems slow as balls thus why I haven't pushed myself to get a supercharger yet.
