last year here in Oklahoma we had a 5.2 earthquake while under a tornado warning. Earthquakes are rare in OK but, obviously, tornadoes are not.
well, since 2am we've had 4 earthquakes; 4.3, 4.2 3.3 and 3.0... and this afternoon we have a threat for severe weather to include tornadoes... i need to move back to Phoenix

That's crazy!
Are the quakes centering from OK or the closest fault line to you?

the epicenters are just northeast of OKC around the Luther, OK in Oklahoma County.
'The Big One' last year (5.6) was also just northeast of Oklahoma City... about 44 miles. There's speculation the 'fracking' going on is causing all these quakes since typically Oklahoma gets about 50 earthquakes a year but in 2009 there were over 1,000 quakes and each successive year has had a high number.
