Missing splash shield

Not sure what the part is called because I haven't seen it on a parts diagram but I'm missing a vertical plastic splash shield in front of the LH front tire that attaches to the horizontal shield. I noticed this missing when replacing my fog light and it was there before the snow because I took off the lower shield to see what it would take to replace the fog light and probably did not reattach it properly. What does Ford call this part and is it Marauder specific? Thanks!

it's not missing, there isn't one, I dont know why, but ford only put it on the passenger side
