Finally got in...

well the gate was open so I turned around, and drove in, I had been by there many times before but the gate was always closed. I got out of the car and went to the door, the man inside said go ahead and look I'll be out in a bit. There are 2 '57 Ford Fairlanes, a '59, a '60, '63, and a '64. He came out and we talked for a while, then he said I've got about an hour, do you want to see some more? YES, we went to a large warehouse on the back of the property, and inside there were about 20 more Fords, mostly all were reconditioned back to showroom condition, some were being worked on, 1 a 1964 Merc Calais, had 6721 miles on it. He had at least 10 rebuilt 427 dual four barrel engines sitting waiting to go in to cars. I can't even begin to tell you all he has, but the nicest guy you ever want to talk to. Said when I was leaving give him a call a couple days ahead of time, tell him what I want to drive, and he'll have it ready for me. After seeing everything it would be hard to chose.

I didn't want to take photo's, I had heard that this guy was like a hermit, and didn't want to spook him, thinking I might come back and try steal something. Next time I go I'll take pictures, and by the way, everything is for sale, the Calais with 6721 miles is $12,500, and a 57 2 door with a 351 bored and stroked to 400 is $14,000.
