Need help!!!!

Alright guys, here's the thing. I joined this site to get more info on what's going on with my car. I have a 99 mustang gt, 35th anniversary, 5spd. The car was originally a 2v 4.6 and was procharged. It now has a 03 4.6 4v out of a marauder. Here's the thing...it still has a 2v harness and computer. I did not do the swap, I bought it like it is. The car was running when I had bought it, not well...but it ran. I've been told that a mach1 harness will work with this motor. I was then told that it wouldn't and I would need a marauder harness and computer. Now if this is the case, what else would i need to get this car to run right, and where can I get a harness and computer?? I need all the input I can get, I'm beyond frustrated lol thanks guys

You can make it work but its a pain in the ass. A friend of mine has a GT with a 4V swap in it.

Find a 99-01 Cobra or 03-04 Mach wiring harness with matching computer. Its a lot of work but will save you an insane amount of headaches tuning and wiring.

P.S. if its an auto, you want a 03-04 Mach harness/ECU.

Car is a 5spd...I was told the mach 1 harness and ecu would work, but then I was told it wouldn't and to find a marauder harness n ecu...that's where my headaches begin.

I also have a PCM but it needs rebuilt. However, it is cheaper to find one in a salvage yard.
