So about 7 months ago I posted this thread about a Marauder I had seen parked on main st in my town. (http://mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=83055)

This was surprising to me because I live in a rather small town and have never ever seen a Marauder here. It had to be someone visiting from out of town. or so I thought. about twenty minutes ago my friend and I were driving separate cars down main st, me in my new 98 p71, my friend behind me, when a shiny, sexy black sedan goes by. It takes a minute to hit me. Then I realize it. the rims... those chrome rims.... By the time im done whipping a quick U turn my friend has already done the same and we're following it. My friend pulls over so I can get behind the marauder and then it hits me, this is the SAME marauder! from 7 months ago! after following him he eventually pulls his marauder into a garage secluded in a alley... I get out of my car, approach him and explain how I love Marauders, and I took pictures of his car last year!(yes sounds really creepy... sorry Jim!) I introduce myself and ask him if hes a member here, he said yes (Jim if you're reading this, feel free to post up!) Anyways we get to talking about his car, turns out its a 03 with only twenty thousand miles. Who would have know it would take ten years for me to only see this car twice! must really be a Sunday driver :P

Anyways hope you see this Jim, sorry for scaring you with my cop car, and thanks for taking the time to talk to me about your car!

Hi Chayton,

You must have some kind of attraction for marauders :-). As I was heading home from Safeway, I was going to hook a left on Military and head straight home, but at the last second I decided to take E. H instead. No particular reason, just an impulse. I think you saw me on H.

Looking at the pictures from last year, I remember exactly what I was doing. Had just got back from Georgetown where a few friends and I rode an enduro event. 60 miles of rocks roots and ruts, and a little mud as well. Got a shower, then headed downtown for a massage.

I'm surprised we have not crossed paths before now, as I do drive the beast around town fairly often. Maybe that attraction is a recent thing :-). Anyway, it was nice meeting you, see you around town.
