Thats what it is, International made them a few years ago, I drove one at work a couple of times, it's cool but not really a DD.

SuperTruck in Augusta will build you one a little bit bigger lol. they use a F-650 to start and pretty much build a six door version that looks very similar to the International you seen.

I've seen a couple massive trucks like that. One a Ford, but mostly Internationals.
chevy made one called the kodiak also. They are cool but defiantly hard as a dd and guess what they ant no MM.

That's an International CXT..They made them 2004-2008...Around $100k when they were new and how equipped. Here is a Motor Trend article

Wow 4 tanks! Wonder if there is one under the bed as well. Could drive pretty far before re-gassing.
Looks similar to a ford bed.
That is because it is a Ford bed.

The article is in relation to another vehicle than the one pictured.

Now that I look at the actual bed you are right it is a Dog bed, so this isn't a CXT but a one off that someone did.

I really wanted a Navistar MXT but it wasn't meant to be. http://www.pickuptrucks.com/html/news/navistar/navistar-quietly-kills-its-giant-pickups.html
I settled for a Ram 3500 w/6.7L CTD (for $20,000+ less). That MXT looked pretty cool though.

Gotta love the 500,000 mile first service interval. The CXT is 4 (6) wheel drive too, built on the same severe service platform as heavy duty snow plows and dump trucks.

When DOOM opens his trunk, this is what pops out

Now I know why he wanted me to upgrade his trunk lighting so his midget dancer would have great stage lighting.
