DO NOT deal with Demitrius Franks aka Stretchp71.

I purchased an SCT Tuner from him that he verified was unlocked, I have PMs to prove verify he said it was unlocked.

Of course it wasn't unlocked. After many PMs back and forth he said he'd refund the $175.00 on Friday 5/10..... that didn't happen. He has not responded to any of my recent PMs.

Just be aware not do not deal with this scumbag!
