2014 Shelby GT500 Dyno 545 RWHP and 552 RWTQ 97 Degrees and very humid

Only mods are Air Filter and Ford Racing Resonator Eliminator

I understand the heat but those numbers still seem low to me for a GT-500.


What are the factory numbers for a 2014 GT-500?

I know the 2013 was 662BHP but I thought they bumped it up for 2014.

Whenever the jump was into the 600s it hasn't gone above the 662 yet. That said, the numbers are interesting when thinking about the idea that drive train loss is a straight single hp number vs a %.

The only thing that bumped up was the price slightly. Still 662hp, factor the hot temp and heavy humidity ambient variables and drivetrain loss, around 120 hp less read on the dyno is quite acceptable.
