Lethal Performance 99-04 4V Budget Return Style Fuel System (http://www.lethalperformance.com/lethal-performance-99-04-4v-budget-return-style-fuel-system.html)
I'm doing some major upgrades to my marauder and I'm wondering why wouldn't this work. I read that the division X fuel hat may work with a little modification, I'm in need of a return fuel system because I will be running E85, this seems like a simple fix but I also realize I do not have a mustang and the fuel system may be different, Thanks for any input

Only thing I can really think you'll have a problem with is wire and hose lengths. Besides the mods to the hat.
It looks like they maybe dead heading the rails. Which I really don't like the thought of. What I mean by dead heading is there is no return line out of the rails like a regular return system. They are using the regulator to bleed off the extra pressure BEFORE it gets to the rail. And in that case I would definatly keep the FRPS in the loop so you can see what pressure is in the rail while tuning.
I would recommend putting rails on the car too so you can run the fuel thru the rails before the pressure is bled off.

Wires and hose length shouldn't be a big deal. I rather have a slight plug and play with some slight modification. as far as the fuel hat, I didn't really understand how motown modified his hat to make it work. hopefully he can shed some light to that problem. I do plan on keeping the frps, I plan to make some big power and I don't want fuel to stop me from doing that

Hey if you need pics of my modded fuel hat, or exactly how it was done i can take some detailed pictures, let me know.
Its not a minor modification though, some time and thought went into it.

Nothing is really plug and play, like having to modify the hat.
I have used this to return fuel thru the stock hat http://www.summitracing.com/parts/fra-900700/overview/. It is a pickup kit so it could be used for that too if you wanted to use the stock hat and hose clamp a second pump to the original location.

OMG you got back to him in like ten minutes! I've seen six figure support contracts with orders of magnitude worse service.
Cheers!

That would be great can you also provide details of your fuel system.

My fuel system consist of the modded Division X fuel hat 2 Walbro 400 lph fuel pumps, -8 feed, and return lines, Jegs 2" x 12" fuel filter, feed line merges into a y block and connects at rear of each fuel rail, each rail then connects to an Areomotive fuel pressure regulator(Boost referenced vacuum), and from there the return line goes back to the tank.
The braided lines are secured to the frame rail with cushion clamps, the fuel pumps will be wired directly to the battery with relays, no FPDMs are needed since its a return style system.
This thread has some good pics of my fuel hat, due to the clocking (bolt hole placement on the Marauder tank) we had to cut the L bracket arm at an angle to locate it properly and plumb to the tank sump bowl.
