Custom seats....

I'm thinking about a slightly different look doing some custom seats and was wondering if any of the professionals here have seen some examples of this...

My MM is silver and the interior was the light color option and I was thinking about going with a darker over all look with some LF highlights that won't look too gaudy....


Something simple yet, classy....

Anyone with info, examples or pictures would be greatly appreciated.....:beer:

Send a pm to Spectragod (Darren) . I'm pretty certain he had his seats custom upholstered. Although he has a DTR with Dark Charcoal interior. Darren only allows high quality work on his Marauder.

I'm looking for something more subtile, front seats and backseat accents with a different look.....

These seats were from an 03' (thanks Marty), the centers had been changed out, so I had no issues modifying them. I am a little on the fence about the head rests though, I do have a set of plain ones I can swap out.

Anyhow, hope that gives you an idea what can be done.....

I like the inserts being a different color. I had it done on my LSC seats that were Ivory. I added a deep green in the inserts. I thought it would be too much but when I got em back it really set the interior off. Do the inserts and the carpet on the doors. The way his seats are done are on my to do list. Ofcourse without the trilogy enbroidery...:(

AWESOME!!! I was wondering if anyone had put Gods Heads emblem in place of the stamped ones. Mines look as if they are gradually going away. Those are center caps correct???

Not hard, since I paid someone to do the work. :cool:

It'll be better if you have a friend in the "business" expect 1k+ for the work+ materials.

I believe so. They're not my seats nor doing. IIRC they belong to an oldtime MercuryMarauder.net member named "Dave" (don't recall his userID). *Met him in 2004 during a MercuryMarauder.net dyno' day in Atlanta at Team Ford. He was from Charlotte, NC.
