View Full Version : My son's home from college and I let him....

My son came home from college yesterday. On his way home, he did me a favor and stopped at a junkyard and grabbed me a couple trim pieces off the smashed Marauder in Clearwater. So, in return, after some pondering, I let him drive the Marauder! :eek: Man, the look on his face when I suggested it was priceless:D. More so, when we got out on the main road and he gave her a little gas and he had the biggest smile I have seen in years (and he laughs a lot)! :D:D:D

I know the look. When my son graduated college (Summa Cum Laude) I gave him my '70 BOSS 302. Now that was a smile!

That's cool! Don't have children, but I hope to one put that same smile on my nieces and nephews faces.... If their parents will let me:D:burnout: Heck the look on my brothers faces when I take em for a ride is pretty funny:beer:. They don't know what to think:lol:

He drives a 2000 Mustang V6 convertible now. So, driving the Marauder was different. :drive:I told him "see, 4 door cars can be cool!" :P:D

He said "I can't imagine what this car would be like with a supercharger!" I said "I hope we'll find out soon!" :beer:
