F-150 custom gage mount

I needed a gage mount for an air pressure gage in my 2013 F-150 to monitor my air overload bag pressure. They only make these weird vent pods for the F-150 and I did not want one of those...

I picked up a stage 3 motorsports tuner dash mount and turned it into a gage pod. The air connection of a full size automotive gage does not clear the dash very well, so I am using 1.5" industrial gages without lighting for now. One 1.5" gage by itself looks stupid so I also have a vac/boost gage. The real question is: Keep it sandblasted aluminium, or paint it flat black? What does everyone think? Sorry, I do not know why they came in sideways. They look fine when I open them in my viewer.

By the way, the gages will go in all the way but I am waiting until I decide on Black vs bare aluminium before I press them all the way in.
