Cruise In 1967 427 Fairlane

Went to the Cruise In last nite and talked to Bill, owner of a 1967 427 Fairlane. He bought it off a used car lot circa 1972 and turned it into a 9 sec car winning the 2012 FE Nationals at the age of 72! He has been racing since 1957.

Several years ago I brought my MM to his shop and Bill helped me with getting my Marauder to stick and launch.

back in 79' me and my dad went to look at a thunderbolt, would have been my first car but my dad said no:bigcry: it was not that much money either. wound up getting a chevy impala for my first car!!
