1st round trunk emblem mod

Here's the first test shot of the floating M with Godshead trunk latch cover. Just a test painting to make sure the color was close and what it would all look like together. Opinions???

P.S. The arm and hand will not be in final product...hopefully:rolleyes:

I agree. It was started by them putting the Gods Head in the mix. It just seems a natural thing to "enhance" I think...

I think it looks good. I used that logo for the trunk lid liner that I made. I keep meaning to go back and add the god head triangle, but haven't done it yet.

That's a mighty big "M" you have there :lol: I think it is too large for the rear deck lid for my taste. It's kinda cool blending old , nostalgia with new though.

It looks OK. Too many horizontal lines. Would look good without the spoiler, IMO.

I think no spoiler and it would look good also. The spoiler over shadows the emblem.

From a turnpike cruiser. Its got a few pits but very restoreable. I painted it with with silver painted to see what I thought. Will prolly have it rechromed...

Make it half the size (same size as the license plate) and chrome it with the diamond shape insert painted black and it would look perfect on my SB......

To my knowledge they didn't come any smaller...thought about have Bob Taylor doing something but I wanted some type of emblems on the car...with the exception of the waterfall...there is another one that doesn't have the trunk lock, it's just an emblem thought about doing to the front grill. That might be a bit much though...

Awesome idea, maybe have a couple whittled up in billet and get them chromed, that would be awesome.....

It's definitely unique and you will be able to pick your Marauder out from a lineup at the next Marauderville or Louisville meet up.

I think it's a great looking emblem, but IMO it just doesn't work on the Marauder.
