Just went to emissions this morning and failed! I talked to the facility manager and they indicated they have changed their emissions software.
I passed the last time and I have not changed a thing!
Will be checking to see what I can do with the tune to pass emissions.
This state will do anything to make more money - gotta love the communist State of Illinois!

Umm is your check engine light on?
That's all that fails the car.... last time.
Look into the waver... they hate it, but it's how I got by with 3 broken pistons.

Mine passed last time with flying colors and this time failed with everything unsupported. The manager indicated they changed the emissions computer program and they are seeing this more frequently.
She then asked if my car was altered.......me alter a car ........no way!!!!!!!!! LOL

I had the same thing happen in MA a few years ago...they changed the programming so that multiple monitors "Not ready" would fail even if the MIL was not commanded on. In MA, you can have 1 I/M monitor "not ready", but 2 or more will fail. Had to revert Phoebe to stock tune to pass the test. Now she has a Mo's tune and all is well. :D
