Question....I seen that a windadge tray is claimed to add extra HP on one of sites that sells motors for our cars and mustangs... Why?
Edit.... nevermind....I did some reading!!

Windage in this situation is when the rotating mass in your engine creates a mini tornado in your engine. A lot of oil being pushed and sprayed around can get caught up in this, especially at higher rpms. This oil can actually cause a 10 to 15hp loss. The tray lays close enough to crank that it catches a lot of the oil and let's it drain back to the pan.

Just the original stocker. I'm not going to do any auto-x or anything that really needs it. Has extra 1/2" npt holes with plugs so you can mount temp sensor, etc.

Is this still for sale? How far below the cross member does it hang, if at all?

Yes, it's still for sale. I believe it only drops down about a couple inches below the crossmember. I'll measure when I get home tonight. I do have someone that is interested at the moment. If he doesn't grab it, I'll let you know. Thanks.

I did the same set up on my GM. It would be nice to get one already done.
