Ordered up a couple parts to help out the old girl. Some stuff in need, some stuff just because.
New Bushings for the Metco's
EGR
Clutch
Pressure plate
Flywheel
Slave cylinder
All supporting bolts
Stainless Works Headers
Full S.W. catted exhaust
4" tips already here and collecting dust
New Brake pads F & R
8.8 stud kit (failed to order when I changed gears)
Replacement back up cam
Snout rebuild kit
New eaton coupler
I may also order up some race mufflers for the cut outs, or sell them..
Only other thing I haven't tested yet is the clock spring. So might order that up as well when I have two minutes to check it.
I know there's more but my ADD won't allow me tell you the rest.
Should keep me busy for a couple hours.

What happened to the clutch you just put in it, in like April?

All of mine have 1/8" of play. I'm just starting to feel a slight drift out back when I lay into it even just quarter throttle.

Nothing really. The one I installed had plenty of burn spots on it and mostly used up when I did my install. It grips perfectly fine still but the slave cylinder is chattering BAD. This all came with the 1,800 mile trans I bought and was told before money spent it would thrown in, worked perfect, but was used like intended. :) trans is like a fine watch, just smooth as silk.
I just know I am on borrowed time with the slave cylinder so I figured why not just do it all. I went into this on a budget to make sure it was gonna work right knowing a clutch was in my future. No biggie at all, I designed the new cross member to be removed in under two minutes. Not kidding. :D
Original cost of install came in at around $1,600 IIRC so I have plenty of wiggle room.

That's a great grocery list! I'll be ordering my StainlessWorks Catted exhaust system from Marty O the end of this month!
The never ending life of bills, gotta love it!

Geesh that's a lot of stuff. SW is very nice. Get the stage 8 locking header bolts to go with it along with a Lokar flexible dip stick. Don't cut that new flange! :)
I did all Moog on my front end, ENS Poly bushings on the sway bars etc.
What "Gung-Ho" clutch did you go with?

Factory studs for me. Never done me wrong. :)
Factory clutch disks as well. Many people have had never ending bad stories about most anything else. If you were to look at my current factory disks you wouldn't believe your own schincter when it puckers up or emitted fluid in any gear I slam. :D Proof enough for me.

Agreed on the factory studs! the stage 8 bolts are overrated and will not work on most of the boltholes anyhow, headers are much easier to install with studs , i had to trim the centering portion of a few off mines, but no big deal!
Stainless works did a great job of correcting the bends on the primary tubes to avoid the steering shaft theres a ton of room!

That's great to hear Roger! I just did an install on a members 2V and there was PLENTY of room, but I figured it was just from the thinner heads?
