OK, so it started with me making a right hand turn and the signal was doing morse code...I pulled into Pep Boys to check the bulb and sure enough the outside pass bulb was out. 2 mins later the bulb was replaced but the turn signal was still doing morse. I have a sequential kit installed so I thought maybe I loosened a wire or something. Nothing. Now I thought the stupid sequencer has gone bad. I get home tonight and try some stuff and what I find out is even with a new bulb it seems the socket is bad. I've never had a socket to go bad. Should I be worried of a larger problem?? Planning on visiting the Yard and getting a new socket. Will a TownCar's work. There are plenty of TC's, Vic's and Marquis to choose, so what years won't interchanged???

Do not put mix and match parts on your Marauder, only genuine Marauder parts will do.

I wouldn't think it would matter if the parts came from a CV or GMQ...don't they use the same harness and sockets???

I don't know about Lincoln Town Car sockets L.Mark, but C/V's & G/M's use the same taillight sockets as our Marauder's; the only difference is that our taillight lenses are "smoked" for lack of a better term. I hope this helps! :)

Yes. I have tried the 3457 bulb with no success...so off to the yard Saturday for a socket hopefully. If not then the sequential kit gets taken out...if not that then back to the drawing board...

Try removing the kit first. Maybe it could be the cause.

Could be, hope not. I'll try that first.
