I wanted to take the time and carefully explain what the SCT Tuners does and does not do and explain why we had problems with the Group sale, first of all I sold the first chip ever made for this car, Logan received it, Jerry Wroblewski wrote this program, we started using black Diablo chips that are sold to independent tuners like our selves, these chips are programed with BIN file format, red Diablo chips are programed with CRI file format.

I could not use a bin file on a red Diablo chip, this is set up to protect Diablo. We used the Diablo chips because they allow for four banks of information because the EEC 5 computer has parameters in bank 2 that a one bank chip, cannot make changes to. We no longer use the black Diablo chips but I will support those members that have those.

Now Jerry has teamed up and sold his tuning to Superchips, Jerry David and Chris head up and run Superchips Custom Tuning, they are totally separate from Superchips. Now SCT had a four bank chip made and this chip uses a ZCF file format, so what we did was convert our proven Bin files to ZCF, and these files are available for download by SCT dealers like my self. The problem was that two parameters did not get transposed during this conversion, that has been corrected, the new SCT files are just as good as the old ones, unfortunately it has upset several members because of having to send the tuner back for FREE for me to fix, I truly apologize for this inconvenience. I am doing all I can with in reason to make this right,

SCT is the best tuning there is I have thousands of happy members here, I have never gave a refund on a Marauder chip, in the past. The SCT tuner can store up to 3 separate programs, plus store the original EEC read, it can retrieve and clear engine codes. You cannot change the files that are in the tuner. Now SCT is working on making a cost affordable cable and software, to allow me to send you a corrected file, by the net, the cable is available now buts its expensive.

So I am asked that those members that have bought the tuners just send them back I will correct them for free, I am sending them out the same day I get them in most cases, if you have a stage 1 kit you can drive the car with a stock program till the tuner comes back, the only issue will be the speedo is off, and the shift points will be stock. I know some of you have called, some of you I have never spoken to before.

Yes, I can be rushed while on the phone I am trying to answer the flood of call I get and not keep others on hold I am training Lonnie to help and my service will improve over the next few months, I want to thank all the members here for your sales and support.

Just wanted to thank you Dennis, for fixing the SCT's for everyone that needed it. For me, it was not a big deal to send it back to you. The performance gains that we got were well worth the few bucks it cost in shipping. People should be grateful & not whine about shipping costs. Thank you for your time & making things right. I look forward to all your future mods.

Nice update Dennis. I'm patiently awaiting the return of my tuner. As long as the problems are identified and taken care of, I'll gladly keep shipping it to you. Thanks again for your support and work you have put into making our cars better. Will be making a trip to westeren Fla. the first week of June. Unfortunately, I only have 4 days to get there and back, so I won't be able to swing through Orange Park and meet you. I wanted to get some goodies and have them installed there, but it looks like that will be out of the question due to my limited time.

Anyway! Thanks again!

I personnally have nothing but praise for Dennis and his products. Even as busy as he is he takes the time to answer any questions I e-mail him with, and on top of that he stands behind the products and services he sells. To find that degree of customer service these days is rare. I recently sent my Tuner back to Dennis to get the program fixed, and I have no doubt that I will get a first rate product back. I plan on doing some more mods in the spring and my first choice for these mods will be Dennis,(if spring ever gets here).

I am a new MM owner, I have a 2004 stock and wish to keep it that
way. I would like alittle more horse pwr and alittle more torque.
I would like to use a tunner enstead of a chip. I had a diablesport predator
for my F350 6.0 diesel dually and like it alot....Diablosport can't seem
to ship me the right tunner for my Marauder....

Please quote me a price for a programmer that will give me firmer
shifts, added horse power and torque. Also cost for shipping
to Zephyrhills Florida 33542 Thanks:cowboy:
