It's not needed on any. It's just bling on anything with a crossover tube. Yes that includes an n/a marauder:beer:

It's definitely a functional upgrade to the OEM crossover tube plug.

Heard stories of people breaking their ratchets trying to get the OEM plug out. This is a much better design/idea!

Working awesome!!! We're so excited about Atlanta we've already got the car loaded...Just took the bikes for a ride at Bernheim Forest. Don't know about bringing the bikes...but the rack n hitch is always in the car. May strap a cooler to it though...:D

Polishing feed lines is easy. Getting it to need a welders shield to look at it. Thats craftsmanship. I'll check with a local place about doing real polishing on these.

The MM run like an animal, Never had trouble on the way back & turns heads everywhere with the loud pipes.:D Jeff Did great work & he also put options in the tuner for spark advance,shifting,& bunch of other stuff for NOS.Jeff said I need a 3500 Stallion Torque Converter & a good shop I know in my city will upgrade the trans for it in early spring.

If you bought one from Jim I will cut the bevel off to make a larger surface for engraving for 18.00 shipped to your door.
I'll have to group these together 6 at a time. Mark it at the 6 o'clock position for alignment of the gods head or add 3.50 for a shim pack.
Although his appears to be a 3/4 hex and is a little smaller it should still come out pretty good.

okay folks i figured out away to help keep the blackened ones black.

clear powder coat after engraving:banana2:

the group of blackened parts are going out today after they get engraved

yes another process :( but because i did a larger group of parts for blackening, the savings will cover the powder coat. so NO COST INCREASE. but a better product. :woohoo:

to those of you who bought blackened i suggest spray it/them with clear coat.

I have the engraved blackened plug. Now what is this about keeping it black? It seemed the rub off a little and would like a darker one if possible.

The blackening is basically a black oxide process. It is a very thin plating. It comes off fairly easy. It must be handled with care.

The next group of black will be clear powder coated over the black plating to protect it.

Jerry, another thought might be to put the last 3 or 4 numbers from the VIN. Similar to what some mustang owners do when they purchase the build number decals from SVT Performance (URL below) to put on the left front bumper cover. Just a thought...
