I've spoke to a few of you who don't plan on staying at the hotel but want to participate in the events. Make sure to sign up in registration with the events you are wanting to participate in as soon as possible. It's going to help us get an accurate head count for who is doing what. Let me echo what Chris explained. The registrations are important because they effect a good bit of the logistical aspects of the event.

Waiting until the last minute, puts a crunch on some of those challenges. Some this cannot be avoided and we understand that, but please don't procrastinate if y :) u don't have too.... It would be very helpful:beer:
