I filed a copyright complaint with Youtube, they will see in my report the original video material. The last few people who I had to file reports on just had the videos removed. I don't remember if YT banned them or not.

Yeah a lot of people do re-loads and the original uploader may not really care. I care because YT/Google pays me for my original creation videos and when I broadcast live events (racing and video game tournaments). I'm not going to let anyone have a chance to collect funds on my work. If I can work so can your lazy azz!

I have no issue with people using music under their vids, as they generally don't claim it to be their own work, and I think its petty when a band starts screeching about copyright infringement and demands it be removed, but stealing video of someone's car and claiming it's theirs is wrong. Good for you and good for YT.
