No, not Marauderville. It is football season.

In the South, we tend to follow the college game more closely.

I don't have a team per se' but a young man I coached in High School is going into his senior season at Ole Miss, so I will be tracking his progress.... He started 11 games at DE last year and split his time platooning with a Senior. Played pretty well overall and demonstrated a level of tenacity that we preached at the high school level.

To show how fortunes can change..... He got into a bit of trouble his senior year... Nothing serious, but he compounded it by saying some things he shouldn't have to our head coach...... Coach rescinded his endorsement and let him sweat that full boat ride.......

Cam apologized and has been on the straight and narrow ever since. Here is one young man that deserves his shot inmho...

In the end I love to watch SEC ball.... Georgia has a powerhouse offense this year.... Hope the D can support them (they look to be built like my Patriots hehehe).:banana2:

Well Your "Dogs" will be playing in My neighborhood today, not a big fan of Clemson, but I work with Sammy's dad, My school is LSU.

Let's just say I won't be your friend next weekend. I will be pulling for the Dawgs tonight though.

Ga Mike, Ole Miss looked really good Thursday. What an exciting game with
Vanderbilt and a great opening to the college football season. Ole Miss had a great recruiting year and with Coach Freeze, they are an up and coming powerhouse in the SEC.
