I am having a problem changing my password. I tried using the Contact Us at the bottom of the page twice. I got one reply and replied to it but never heard anything again. :mad2:

Sorry I didn't follow up. If you can log into your account, since you have now posted, change your email address first and confirm that change by following the instructions in the email sent. You'll then have access to your new email address to change your password.

As I have mentioned IE 'knows' my password. I don't. So when I try to change my email address the form says the password is wrong. Which it is because I did not enter it.

I just sent you a new temporary password. This is not our normal procedure as it circumvents the privacy practices here. Please change your email address and password and write it down as a reminder.
