I need a list of who is coming to the "Support Our Troops Crusie Night" in Phila. April 17th. I need a car count so I can reseve a section for Marauders!!! Some people would like to hook up and have a caravan to here. Let's see if we can get this together. RAY :rock:

That would be the most logical palce I would think. I can't think of anywhere else on I-95/495 north to hook up. OOPS! Just though of another, the rest area on I-95 norrth at the Pa. boarder! Let's get together!

I'm taking my grandson to Pensacola the days covering 6/3-6/7. I'm getting with Dennis now to hopefully drop my car off on 6/3, rent a wreck, take the kid to school, then return and drive my newly moded car home. Sounds like a plan, I just hope it comes together.

We will be leaving next Tuesday evening and drop the car off Thursday morning. Hopefully he will be done with it on Saturday to start the long drive home. Looks like I will see you there on the 3rd.

Now all we need to do is decide on what time. It takes three hours to get to Philly from my location, to get to the rest stop I don't know. Where is it located on I-95, what town is it near?

Haggis: Newark, Del. is south of the rest stop, Wilmington is North. However, it's real easy. After you pass the toll plaza, you'll pass by exit one. The rest area will be about 1-2 miles further north on I-95 with a left exit into it. We should all plan to meet at the south end of the plaza as it will have more open area. Most of the trucks park at this end. I believe the Exon station is on the south end, but will have to check to make sure.

I think 2PM might be a little early as it should only take about 1.5-2 hours max to reach our destination! Since Ray don't want us there before 6 PM, and unless everyone wants to eat somewhere, Ray's providing goodies too, I think maybe 3 or 3:30 would be a better time. What do you all think?

If you come up Route 15 to Frederick it will join into Route 340. I can meet you on the entrance ramp of I-70 east from Route 340 at 1pm. There is plenty of room there on the ramp to pull over. I will PM you our cell phone number, so you can call as you enter Maryland. It is about a 15 to 20 minute drive after you cross into the state. If you have a FRS radio use Channel 5.
