As of today I ordered the tap needed to build a pedal repair gear for Navigator / Expedition. Been on the fence about it for a while but due to being told they were no longer available from Ford I decided to move forward. So...if you or anyone you know has one of these trucks and the pedals don't won't please let me know!:beer:

That's good news, Chris...hopefully you can get the word out to the right places...there are a bazillion of those vehicles around and you should be able to get a good return on your investment.

GOT IT! Got the tap this morning and checked out all of the measurements, its right on the money. Went straight over to the machine shop and the first run should be done in two weeks. I started out with 10 gears being made, if I get a bunch of orders I can up the initial order and the time frame will stay the same. I just have to let them know. Unless they call me and say something went seriously wrong (not going to happen) the price is $85 to your door.

Really think you need to start passing the word on ford sites about what you can give them, have to be a lot of panthers that still have no idea what you have made, leave the women alone for a weekend (I understand you weren't very sucessful anyway) and get on the computer telling the world!

No Jerry still not running, Brad and I keep buying parts, only problem none are being put on car, Putting valve springs in is holding us up. No Brad wants to change cam and I'm not big on the idea. I'm not looking for a drag car and want to keep it as stock as possible, Maybe by this time next year I hope! If you think Marauder Parts are expensive GN parts will shock you, like $450 for a radiator etc. Car will be in mid-12 sec stage when done, thats fast enough.
