Folks this Trooper could use some prayers. I was the first on the scene of this and it was very bad. She is still in critical condition. Please keep her in your thoughts. Thanks.

My thoughts are with her.

We have the same law in MA and very few people pay attention to it, to the point that I'm surprised when someone actually does move over. I've even had people tailgate me and flash their lights when I move into the left lane as required. I guess those people are just way more important than everyone else.

As a MSHP member for over 16 years, this makes me sad and mad. Over the years I have had a few close ones and have been struck in my CVPI. I hope she recovers.

Update on this, I stopped up to see her a few days ago and spoke with her family. She was in a medically induced coma when I was there. They had brought her out of the coma for a brief time and she was able to respond to commands and was able to move her hands, feet, legs etc. This is very good news. I'll post more as I get it.
