Nothing fancy....just a dirty old (10 years old on 11-25) Silver Birch with Light Flint (my mistake) but I love it like a family member!!;) :D

Rebuilt the transmission at 159K miles and put new bearings and seals in the rear end at 177K miles......still the original motor and it runs great with no oil consumption....weird??!!:eek:

Still on original rear gears and LSD clutches & spring....still doing the...:burn:
like always!!:bows::bows:

I romped on it from a 5 MPH roll this morning and it spun all the way through 1st and on into 2nd with a very nice 1-2 shift wiggle...then I let off!!:D

Just a fantastic car!!:beer:

C'mon.....what other secrets?... i know you have some tricks up your sleeve. Something about ashless oil in the gas?

Not to get side tracked but yes...upper cylinder lubrication may just be the key........all of my engines get it!!:beer: ;)
