OK, some of y'all may know and have seen my P71 that I have modded in somewhat a Marauder style. Sometimes called the PO-Rauder by some of my humorous friends. For y'all that don't know, No it is not just another cracked out old police car. (I DO have one of those too.)

Well the PO-Rauder wont be so PO- no mo! Not after the 2V TrickFlow heads and Saleen roots supercharger go on!
Supercharger is here, just got to take it off the Mustang and flip the inlet over. Heads and cams were ordered 11-5-13. Teksid block is on the engine stand.

Thanks for the good words. I was going to do a PI head swap, But with all the new cars pushing 400+ horsepower, I figured I would be doing a lot of work to still be SEVERAL steps behind.
I considered a Coyote swap first but decided I didn't want to dive that far into the unknown.
2nd I considered a Marauder 4V With a Trilogy but found the Trilogy discontinued.
In the search for some pictures of a TorkTech kit on a Panther, I stumbled upon a Saleen kit that had been flipped to the drivers side. It looked so stock I knew that is what I wanted.
After buying the supercharger I started looking for a good used 2004-2005 Explorer motor to put it on. But all I could find were over a grand with close to 200k.
I gave up on finding a low mile 8-thread Explorer 4.6. I decided I would just swap pistons in the Teksid short-block I already had.

I thought about doing a T.F. Head/intake/cam swap on my DD Marquis, as it's worth a 100+ in bolt on mods. Very cool that your doing it with the addition of a power adder, you should be north of 400 rwhp.

Not really expecting 400+ rwhp. Stock Saleen automatic's are around 280-290rwhp. With the TFS heads and Crane 379611 cams I am thinking 385-395 rwhp. Remember the Saleen series 2 is just a little M90. At least it is intercooled!

The funny thing is, the main reason for going with the TW heads was not for the performance, but for the higher tread count spark plugs.
