S/c ?

If one wanted to keep the air intake on the drivers whilst S/Cing the 4.6 and one didn't have access to a Trilogy and say one bought an aftermarket hood that freed up space on top of the motor why couldn't one buy one of the many Mustang S/C out there? I've never been clear on this.

to I-91 after driving from Chicago with no problem. I decided to turn down
the boost. Wrong move,I blew it wide open,three holes in the block. One on the lower left,one onthe lower right and one in the valley. I now have a new
Jasper Engine and a sick looking check book. I'll bring the pictures to the
Ford Carlisle Show.

I've been wondering about that for a long time. Every time I've gone on Lysholms website. Love that blower.

Tune is probably OK...just that it's done with a laptop, no way to make changes or revert back to original stock tune.

His tune has worked out well but as FBM said it is done on his laptop so unless you live near him adjustments aren't convienient.

We will be getting an SCT soon for Ms.D's SB hopefully with a tune that can be used to pass emmisions. That's why a few weeks ago I inquired if a performance tune can be loaded with all the pollution nannies on. I believe Mo's speed shop said it could be done.

No real plans at the moment but I do like the intake on the drivers side. I just like to ponder. I often think about stuffing more displacement in the engine bay too. Dollar and a dream right:lol:

I'm out of town for the holidays so I have no new pictures of the wiper cowl until I get back.. I don't want to steal the op thread. But the valve covers and timing cover are hydrcoated. I also did my coolent crossover and radiator cover also

The best source for information would be the internet, especially since he's looking for a place to do this near him.

I saw this process and with the power of the internet discovered all I wanted to know about it and even found a place near me that does it.

Hmmm I'm not 100% on loading tunes etc, Internet or sct! I know one thing everyone is having issues with passing emissions! Brad still hasn't passed after working with various people etc. good luck there!
