I had a dream about two years ago of my Marauder looking like this. What I wanted to know is if it's possible to put lights between where the fog lights are and headlights.
I have no idea whats there. I think just plastic, but with the plastic there I am not sure if I could cut it up to clear the lights, if lights can fit if you simply cut the bumper... no clue.
Modern Cadillac fog lights is what I was thinking and I would be cutting up a GM bumper cover, not a Marauder one.
Anyone know the body work under the bumper cover? I might ask for a cover for Xmas and get started!

Under the MM bumper cover is a board (not sure of the tech name) covered with what looks like Dixie cups. I suppose you could remove a few for what your thinking.
Try pulling off the radiator cover thing and of couse look from underneath to see if you can get a better idea of what's there.
Maybe someone has a pic of the MM with the bumper cover removed.

Thanks Ryan!!! It looks like the Trilogy car had the impact part removed for good looks.
Looks like I would have to cut up those pieces, but safety would deminish.
I think I will pass now... unless someone can confirm cutting out an amount for fog lights will have minimum safety reduced... or is there a gap between the pad and bumper cover???

You want to cut up a bumper cover that is very expensive and almost impossible to find?

Bob, I stated it would be a GM, even if I drew it as a Marauder one.

If your only goal is to have a couple more lights in front, I've seen plenty of Marauders with lights behind the grille (I think magindat had 'em). If it's a cosmetic thing, I would say 'pass' - not only would it be more trouble than it's worth; aesthetically I think you could do better for less effort doing anything else.

I have many thoughts, but hardly ever take action. The car looks so awesome in stock format, even the smallest thing can ruin it... to me.
