that is a whole lot of modding and nitrous button pushing on a Corvette to barely nudge over 200 mph.
The FORD GT easily did that.....stock.....and 10 years ago

(before anyone points out the price difference....I'd bet that the Hennessy Corvette is well north of 100 large.)

I'm with you on this, late & old news and the GT was "only" 550 hp...the 2013 Shelby GT 500 at 662 hp did it stock also a few months back, I saw it on one of the many car programs I watch.
