During the summer the piece of s--- blend door actuator croaked
I did buy a new actuator but I never installed it.
I went ahead and inserted a bypass in the engine compartment.
Well... it has been getting a bit cooler I need heat so I removed the bypass ( see photo )

In a few months I will need AC again. I am considering a Heater Treater Core Regulator System. Has anyone installed one? Is it worth while?

Thanks

I'm not a fan of bypassing the factory setup. The Blend Door Actuator is about $75.00. Haven't heard of a OEM replacement going bad.

FBM Yeah I bought a Ford OEM part it is still sitting in a draw
I am still not ready to deal with the the dash board disassemble etc etc
The bypass was a simple fast remedy no issues.
FYI I noticed the AC is much- much colder with the bypass
