I picked her up on Saturday after her new paint job and some body work, which included a new rear bumper and spoiler. I think she came out AWESOME!!! It's like having a brand new car, almost! She's come a long way. I'll post a few pics. Check them out and let me know what you think!

When I first bought it, after her 1st bath and cleanup....

The first pic above is right out of paint booth (pretty much), the next is after headlights, etc. installed and the final is the day I picked her up and drove her to work (off site).

Really hard to beat the looks of a super shiny Marauder. It's 4 wheeled candy!!

Thanks man! I just need a few minor things to complete (back seat bottom and front door panels (with heated seat option and 2 rear tires before rainy season. Then, she'll be darn near 100%.

Next = EATON SWAP! I need some "Wreeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom"! ;):P

Thanks for the replies! ;) They kept the car for almost 6 weeks. I started to have Marauder withdraw symptoms. :depress: But, I do have to take it back for a couple finishing touches since their detail guy was out last week with the flu.

bigcowl-imp: Thanks for the Pass light! Luckily, I managed to find a great deal on a NEW OEM Driver side headlight. Amazing how those little things make such a difference.
As for the LS swap, it's already got a fresh and pretty awesome motor! So that means that I can save, instead, for an Eaton Swap! :banana2:

Congrats! Car looks awesome! I'm new to your story, how was this a rescue, and how bad was it when you found it?

Here is my original thread before I bought the car. If you have any other questions, ask away! ;)

As bad as it might have sounded, this is one of the best car's I have ever owned!

Wow! Sounds like a pretty good turn around, comparing how you described it to how it looks now! But you never did say, how much did that bad boy cost to start with?...

I took the advice of the people on this forum. They basically said without the front and rear Marauder bumpers, it's worth what a comparable Crown Vic/P71 would be worth. And that was spot on. The sellers were asking $5500 if I remember correctly. I bought it for less (of course). Luckily, as of now, I have invested in it what is probably worth or maybe (hopefully) somewhat less..

Everything else works as it is supposed to. No leaks and runs great! :burn: Really, the only thing left to do is replace the front door panels because the goof before me installed a stereo system that had tweeters screwed into the top corner. Of course, he removed the stereo and it's components, leaving the screw holes.
