Nearly every digital copier built since 2002 contains a hard drive. So if you've ever did illegal or inappropriate copying........ Your SCREWED!!!

This is already fixed in new models (since about 3 years), the HD deletes after the copy job.

Nothing is ever deleted from a hard drive.

Hard drives are removed before being returned, more of these copy machines are leased I can say for sure most big Doctors office do anyway.

Get the hard drive out yet? I have some progies that will recover just about anything! ;)
When we clean, we use Active Killdisk to DOD standards plus.

I just pull my old hard drives, pull the disc and smack em with a hammer, then toss them in my canal.....

They make good targets at the local range. Or, you can wrap a coil of wire around it, juice it up and degauss the crap out of it.
