I should have it done over the next few weeks. The only hold up right now are the fuel rails. They should ship this week hopefully. It's not looking good for Loosville this year for me. Right now we are scheduled to be in Colorado for spring break with the kidos. The only thing that could mess that up will be if we get more snow and the kids lose part or all of their spring break. I'll be there in spirit tho! :D

Thanks guys..... Up over 600 we are headed. I went with 3" exhaust in 2012 so we could eventually do what we are doing now. I also had to get the trans done last year..... That was my weakest link. Now it's ready to cross the threshold. I'll make sure to video like this one below. I know I've posted this plenty of times but it just makes me :D

For now Jeff wants to keep it returnless. We are upgrading fuel lines, adding a 40 amp dual BAP, and running dual FPDM's. He said we will be in good shape. If needed we will change it over.

We should be good on fitment. We had to do some trimming under the hood when we did the 2.3 and it worked perfect. This blower is same Height and Width but a little longer. Yes on the gas. Staying 93 octane.

The 4V/Whipple 2.9 is going in the 93 Town Car I picked up for it.

Starting that project right after Kentucky.
The custom headers from SW are already ordered.

On the 2.3 I was running the 2.75 Upper and maxed out at 18.5lbs. I called Whipple and gave them my specs and wanting to stay below 20lbs. They said to go with the 3.0 with my combo. If we go over we can always change. No big deal to me.;)

I got this from Jeff at Marty's;
A 3.125 upper and a stock lower is 18 psi. Giving that you have free flowing exhaust usually this will knock down a pound or two. The 3.0 should make 19 to 20

You hit the nail on the head bro! We hit 22lbs so quick with the 3.0 we had to make the change. I ended up with a 3.20 upper at 19lbs. Today we focused just on the street tune with 93 Octane. There was ZERO race gas added today. When we get ready for the track a little later I'll update the new numbers. New thread starting soon with today's results..............
