The woman hit a lady that turned in front of her from the right hand lane. The other driver then proceeded to flee. My girlfriend filed a police report. I'm sure nothing will come of it. No, would be a fault free collision claim. Will not affect rates, just have collision deductible to deal with.

Comp does not cover collisions of any type except animal strike.

Im guessing she wasn't insured or was drunk. No other reason to flee really. Hopefully the officer got in touch with her.
