I was under the hood yesterday and noticed this hose is really cracked and worn out so Id like to replace it. However, I have no idea what it is, it has 3W33-6758-BA on it but couldn't find anything for that on googlez

It's for the PCV system. Oh you want to replace it... If you want the OEM part the dealer should be able to give you the number no problem

Just go to any flaps and get some fuel hose, take the existing hose in to size it up.....dont pay fomoco prices for that.

The original hose is a molded hose. If the hose isn't molded you'll get kinks in it.

Try a search for 5W7Z6758BA
One on eBay.

You didn't tell us what vehicle you have pictured, but it appears to be a 4.6 DOHC in a Panther chassis.
A 3W3Z-6758-BA search is probably what you want. You can pay $20< for a molded hose, or improvise an inexpensive solution.
My Marauder PCV valve connecting hose (on the right side) also cracked - it's probably the same size.
Here is my fix:

Whenever I search for PCV hose it pulls up stuff about the hoses on the left side of the engine, just want to make sure, this is the hose that's 6-8 in or so long on the back right part of the engine
And yes sorry to clarify this is my 04 MM

yes that is a part of the PCV system, the actual PCV valve is in the cover on the other side, but the hose on the driver's side completes the circuit, so to speak.

Heater hose is not emissions hose -- it will not be a long term solution.

Hm ok so are these separate hoses then? Or are they the same hose and do I have to replace all the ones on the left in order to replace the one on the right?
Sorry I obviously know nothing about this but am trying to learn :D

Get the hose and fitting Greek God had in his write up. Cut sections of hose to fit and install. Don't use heater hose as it will deteriate know a short period of time.

FYI: Left and right orientation when referring to automotive parts and info is determined from sitting in drivers seat. The hose you are asking about is on the left (drivers side) side of the engine.
Pay no attention to these people. Just take that hose off and put some duct tape over the open holes. Increases RWHP by 10%.

Or just leave them open and post later that you have oil fumes in the passenger compartment.

Here's my fix. Just went down to the local Advance and picked up a 5/8" barbed 90* elbow to go in between the the two pieces of hose.
When I got the car it had the hose shown in the picture, but with no elbow and no pre-molded 90* bend and it had a bad kink in it from it not bein the correct hose (crowd boos). Even though it's prob not the correct type of hose, I decided to re-use it and purchased only the elbow. Cut the hose to fit, attached the elbow, done deal. Hose fitting is tight at elbow, CAI tube nipple, and tight enough at the crankcase nipple. Very easy fix.
If I'm being a bone head about the hose type, let me know. However, it seems to be holdin up very well and has no cracking, deterioration, etc...yet. I'll keep an eye on it over the next few months although I think it will be just fine.

That should work fine.
Just check it for oil seepage at the connections, as that is airflow through the PCV system.
If it weeps oil you may need to keep hunting for a solid pipe or better yet, add a catch can.

Heard that. No signs of previous leakage, gonna keep an eye on it. Gonna look into an oil catch can either way in the future. I like the idea of it.

It can be...or the brake booster line...or the PCV valve...

If you want to maintain the OEM look of your Marauder, then I'd get the part from a Ford dealer. Just my $0.02.

Thanks! This was my first DIY fix on my MM.

I agree with this, I like OEM styling on most things. However, a 90* elbow for under 10 bucks that fits perfectly and still looks clean and blends in is a lot better than $30-$50 I would pay for the OEM part. AND I was lazy. I could've gone to Home Depot and gotten an elbow for like 3-4 dollars and it would've been even cheaper. I was willin to skimp a tad on this one.

Sorry to resurrect such an old thread, but no other way to do it: every alternate part number in this thread maps back to the PCV hose, not the vent hose in question. I understand that they both vent, but one is attached to the PCV valve and this one isn't. The OP asked about 3W33-6758-BA which is on the part, but that doesn't come up anywhere in anyone's database.
An alternate number of 3W3Z-6758-BA was given; one online supplier seems to have it correct, and they only want $25 for the 7" hose plus $17 shipping and tax for a 6 oz part. The local Ford dealer wants $40, but it ends up being the PCV hose as well.
Everyone else online maps that same part number to the right side PCV hose assembly. We want the left, with the barbed connector, coming out of the stock throttle body air tube. This makes me suspect the one hit with the same part number which actually showed a bad pic of the correct hose.
Part no. 5W7Z-6758-BA likewise is the PCV hose.
If anyone has any info on the actual Ford part number of this 90 degree air tube vent hose, please let me know, otherwise I'll try and find a 5/8" 90 degree elbow and a barbed male fitting and make my own like the OP did here. (I have the fuel line, but so far searches of three auto parts stores and Home Depot can't turn up simple 5/8 plastic barbed fittings.)
I'm trying to get one for both the standard air tube and the Metco CF tube so that I don't have to pull it out of the Metco sleeve every two years when I have it smogged, which is tearing up the rubber grommet.
Thanks, and sorry again for bringing up a three year old thread.
Go to the back of the parts store and find a similar hose that needs minimal trimming to match

I already have that (5/8" fuel hose), but also need the connectors. Bending a regular 7" length of hose will probably kink. I'll find some and setup a hose for each air tube.
I mostly wanted to save others the possibility of spending $40 and getting the wrong hose.

Yep, what Zack said, there are plenty of hoses with the built in bends. I just did that with one of the radiator hoses. Found a perfect fit with no cutting necessary. Though it was shaped differently, it worked perfectly.
