Blue Cam cover owners, need your input!

Anyone with the Blue cam covers had to replace this 90 degree PVC vacuum adapter that hits the windshield wiper housing support? Needs to be a lower profile.

I got a plastic PCV elbow at AutoZone.

That's an idea but that's still seems like a very tight fit, but I'll look into it.
