I would actually believe this was real compared to the other one because they did not deny the original was staged. This one had all of the fun driving done away from the public, however, I doubt the filming crew would have gotten away with the police car in public. My only guess is the car was marked "Not in use" or something like that. So, the public could read it and know it wasn't a real police car, but when it's behind you, you would be fooled.

Not sure, but more believable than the first one.
