I just finished this. I am assuming 3 out of 5 of you will turn this off within 3 minutes and rant about "ricers", but for those 2 out of 5 of you enjoy.

The video reminds me of what Hot Rodding started out as. Young kids buying cheap cars and modifying them for speed. The best part to me is, these guys care more about how useful the car is over how good it looks. Believe me, there are some UGLY cars, but it's all smiles and fun. Seems like most of them do not care at all if you like it or not. Late night meets still go on even if there is rain.
This was filmed when two Australians went to Japan.
Very fun mini movie.

BTW they find an AWD Turbocharged car.... $300 running and driving!
