A dash of hot sauce and a helping of Tony Chachere's creole seasoning.

Gyros here. Heres a question for the record....what time do you guys eat dinner? My wife says its between 3-5.....i say between 6-8....she says im crazy....we already know that.

I'll prob have some leftover arancini with eggs. We raise chickens and get 4-6 eggs a day in this weather, more when it's warm. So we try to eat as many as we can, they are the best eggs i have ever eaten in my life and we have them with everything they are very versatile.
