Will this unit align our Marauders?

My dealer says that they have a Hunter R611 alignment machine. Does anyone know whether this will damage MM rims the way that lots of MM rims have been damaged when being aligned? I think folks have said that the Hunter 9700 Road force variation oem matching system with special adapters is what's needed, but will the R611 also do the job? Anyone know?

That is the same alignment machine we have at our shop. The "targets" can not mount to the wheels without damaging them unless they also purchaced and use the "special" adapters. My shop doesn't have the adapters and my service manager said they cost around $1500. We have declined alignments on several MM's recently and hope to get the adapters soon.

The adapters to mount the wheels to the GSP9700 balancer are different.

Well, isn't this typical of what so many MM owners have reported on this board? I specifically asked while the car was right there for an LOF whether their equipment could do the job. Service guy checks with shop guy--"Oh, yes, no problem; it will work just fine on the Marauder". Of course, they wanted to rotate the wheels while I was in there ....
Of course, I'm just guessing that they don't have the adapters, but with the number of MM that are around here, I would REALLY doubt it.
