Dyno tuners in or near Southern, MD

I am getting ready to start putting my motor together. Although it will probably take a couple months to do this whole build, I still want to lock down a tuner. Has anyone heard anything about Tempest Racing? They are located about a ,mile from MIR. How about McKeown Motorsport Engineering, Inc. in Waldorf? I also know that Maryland Speed right here in Hollywood, MD has a dyno, and I can get Lonnie from BOC to remote in and do the tune, but not sure how much that would cost. I need to find a GOOD tuner to tune my car once it is done. Any info about either of these, or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

May want to avoid Tempest and I only say that because they dab in everything, import and domestic. You want to find a strict or mostly strict Ford tuner.
