My ProCharger BOV seems to be crapping out on me so it's time to get a new BOV. For those few on here that use em any recommendations? Also how did you setup your BOV out of the box?
My setup is a Vortech V2 S-trim
3.4" pulley, blow through maf, around 8psi max boost.

I have the vortech mondo max flow whatever. Haven't gotten much use out of it since winter hit but it's a pretty solid boost valve.

I've read solid results from them. Also, Tial 50mm valves are popular on other cars - but a valve knows no brand loyalty.

Take it apart, clean it and put it back together.

I am just starting my search on BOVs. Not a fan of noisy BOVs, but it is what it is. I was thinking of going with one of the BOVs suggested above, but I saw on a Zack TCG thread (http://www.thechicagogarage.com/forum/marauder-tech/123308-da-laws-marauder-3.html#post2493255)that he used a BOV from www.racepartssolutions.com on da'la's car. Do others here have experience with this BOV or care to share your thoughts? It looks to be a good deal.
Best BOV for the money.
High quality, solid piece and on the 3 cars Ive installed them on, not one problem.
For 8psi a Bosch bypass valve would suffice.
Or do what Haggis said, take apart clean put back together.

I replaced mine with the black ProCharger valve.
I think this is it.

I ran the Procharger ProFlo valve. Have to plumb it in line as opposed to the single flange styles listed above. Also, too much money. Bought 2 used for around 100 bucks each - should have bought one good 50mm flanged piece. The ProFlo has a butterfly that must swing open with a rod actuator, the others use a diaphragm = better reaction and faster blow off.

I'd try that for 70 bucks. Adjustable rather than springs, 50mm, billet = nice features. Seems like a lower cost knock-off.

I usually agree, but sometimes the higher price is for the brand name, it just has to open and close quickly and many, many times ;)

What happens if it does not open?
The one from racepartssolutions is used by thousands and thousands of people with no issues. Buy that one.

This is what I use. Not really a blow off valve in this configuration...or is it?
