Depends on how many miles you put on a DD? A lot of miles take the vic, low miles keep the marauder.

that's a great deal being i paid 3000 for my 160,000 mile 2002 mgm but i did get new leather front seats and a rebuilt trans plus a new set of michelin's and a re-paint
I had to tear out the after market stereo and re-wire for factory radio with mp player connection cost around 300.00 bucks after all said and done

DD the CV. It will be more dependable and you know it. Or at least for 40 and below weather.

Been driving my Marauder for 2 straight years now with no trouble.
I open the hood when its time to change oil.
I don't know how you come up with this nonsense.

MY GOD.
It's a matter of keeping the Marauder in good shape Zack, not a matter of how dependable it is. Even then you are smart enough to know something with 40K miles (or whatever it is) will give you less problems than a car with 166K (or whatever it is)
You wear out the CV no biggie, there are LOTS of other ones. The Marauder is not as easy to come by.
Remember, I used to keep the Marauder in storage in the winter. If I could, I would today.
Sorry, I have to spoon feed you exactly what I mean.

I would use the CV as a winter beater and keep the Marauder off of the salty roads. I would also use the CV for long hauls simply because of the low miles.
Marauder would be a DD days above 40 and long haul Marauder events.
Given what Zack has in his possession.
My DD is a wreck. Bought it broken, never garaged, garbage paint.
Dependable as can be.

I don't know what else should go on/in it, but a GCC grille (http://www.adtr.net/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=222) might be a good start.

Good score, you win.

How to I access the ignore list?

Mileage doesnt matter, upkeep and maintenance does.
Look at the mileage difference in the two Marauders in my family. I wouldnt hesitate to jump in either car and drive across the country.

How to I access the ignore list?
To do this properly you must do the following tasks.
1. Drive to Hawaii and obtain 3 lava stones.
2. One must be placed in your finest landscaping area at exactly 4:20pm on the west corner of your garage on the first blue moon of the summer.
3. Another stone goes to the Church you attend for photography purposes.
4. The final lava stone will be given to Mike Heckmen for inspection. He will determine if the lava stone is the same color as his DTR at the stroke of midnight.
5. If Mike approves, you will be granted the power of the ignore list.
Good night and good luck on your quest my son.

What a steal!.
Keep them both.
Get the pinstripe taken off the CV and wax it repeatedly for a month or so, until it shines so brightly that it hurts your eyes (Silver is m fav color--taken much heat on this site for it).
Keep it and drive it for another 110,000 miles.
If you spent another $1,500 making it "yours" plus the money for 2 set of tires... You will have spent only .05 cents per mile w/out gas.
AMAZING! Sign me up!
I have all 4 rotors off to be turned.
Im doing the following:

I picked one up at advanced for $3. All you need to do is drill a half inch hole, and install the parts(hollow bolt with nut and washers, and another bolt that screws into the hollow bolt) ask the counter man for it, drain bolt installation kit. The only issue i have is that the oring they give you in the kit that you use with the bolt that goes into the hollow bolt is junk, i went to home depot and grabbed some rubber washers with a metal backing to use(in the screws and bolts isle)
Dorman (or Oil-Tite)
Part # 65241
