blend door actuator

Well my car blows heat. I called ford to order and they said I needed the part number because our car has 3. So I was left saying uhhhhhh. Anywho does anyone know the part(s) # I need? Thanks in advance.

Before you start buying parts, run the EATC self test. It will confirm if you need a blend door actuator or not.

Your dealer is wrong. There is only one blend door actuator and it's the only actuator in the dash that is electrical. The others are vacuum-controlled.

Well ac works again. I did the test and cleared quit the test and back to normal. What would if caused it to do this in the first place?

The blend door actuator may have been sticking or been out of sync.

My main man ^^^^^^^^ is the true BDA man!!!!! I saw him totally take an MM apart to replace one ---oh!---and back in 4 hours...

This guy knows more than any Ford/Merc Parts guy wished he could know--! Period. ............
