Eat the dog, buy a cat. Not kidding.

Depending on how deep they are, a good detailer or body shop may be able to just do a paint correction.

Is the paint scratched or did the dog just leave caratinan scratches? If it's just doggie toenail leavins' they should buff out easy peasey.

SHOOT the dog, RUN OVER a cat. Not kidding.

Does your nail catch in the scratch if you slide it over it?

Try opening the door for the dog next time! He's getting older

My stupid cat comes in and out of our garage and it just loves to jump and slide on my fenders

This!

If your nail catches in the scratch then it's too deep for a detailer to get out and will require professional repair.

Been there, done that. More than likely, they will just buff out.

Hey bob, my son scratched my hood with one of his toy cars. What BBQ sauce do you recommend?
